Great location,the wifi wasn’t working and was a huge convenience and the staff didn’t give any updates to when it will be fixed.The restaurant staff was clueless during breakfast,the 2 bedroom unit was very nice laid out and the views from the balcony were amazing.The property has huge potential they just need to hire professionals to run the place!

Lovely, clean and elegant 3 bed, 3 bathroom home. Beds extremely comfortable with beautiful linen. Outdoor living area is comfortable with pretty views. Pool is small but perfect if the weather had been warmer. Kitchen is well appointed. Would definitely return.

A royal experience! The views over the winelands and mountains are breathtaking! The room was lavish and very comfortable. We would love to come back for longer. The only helpful observations I can make to assist is some maintenance, but work seems to be in progress, and the foyer carpet needed a clean. Thank you so much for everything!

This was our second time at L'Ermitage. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa (no 10) with the loveliest view of the dam and the mountains. The unit is luxurious and beautiful. We celebrated a birthday, and the staff really went the extra mile to make sure it was special. From the booking until the check out and everything in-between was handled with the u**ost professionalism. Will most definitely be back. Really stunning accommodation and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Absolutely stunning villas set high in the on the foot of the mountains overlooking to gorgeous Franschhoek valley. Staff was super nice and the villa of an extremely high quality. Breakfast was served in a wonderful setting, I really cannot recommend this place enough. We will most certainly be back.

No restaurant only breakfast/light snack room. Closed in the evening. Don’t assume you will have a safe. Shown two rooms with no safes. The staff are great and a safe was fitted but so much time was wasted. The pool was not clean and very small. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. Great coffee. Too far from town to walk. The two bedroomed apar**ent we accepted was good but the furniture was stained.

This was just the best studio apar**ent ever! So spacious and had everything you could want including a washing machine (hotel will supply powder on request) !!! The location is great for a short walk into town. It's a lovely tranquil spot. The breakfast was good too.

Our experience completely ruined by them over charging us when we checked in. After many promises in person, emails and messages they still owe us money. Completely Unacceptable. Pitty to have to write a bad review, but it has almost been a month since our stay and yet we are still waiting on our money.
