Our biggest issue with this property was the parking. They advertise limited free onsite parking and free offsite parking. However, our ONLY parking option was at a mall that was a 10-minute walk away, and it cost 27 euros per night. In spite of the advertised free parking online, this was even the recommended parking at the hotel as the QR code with directions to this mall carpark was posted at the check-in desk. A fee of 27 euros per night is far from free. When we tried to revise our reservation to one night because of this unforeseen expense, the hotel was unwilling to provide a refund. They were unwilling to even listen to our plight. When ******* tried to call on our behalf, the hotel told them that limited free parking is available in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 street parking places in front of the hotel that can be used by anyone in the city, and the hotel is on the edge of a massive housing complex. If street parking is considered hotel parking then ANY hotel can claim that they provide parking. We were never able to find street parking. Traffic officers were also writing parking tickets for people parked illegally. The hotel was not honest in its depiction of the hotel and was unwilling to accommodate when confronted with this dishonesty. The customer service was abhorrent. If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not expect much, and know that you WILL pay for your parking.
