THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT 4 P.M. AND ALSO TAKE DAY OFF ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. ON NOV. 10TH, 2023 WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL THE DOOR OF HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND SUDDENLY FOUND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT P.M. THEREFORE, I CALLED TEL NO. WHICH HOTEL NOTED AT FRONT DOOR AND SPENT MORE 20 MINTUES
TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK

The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected.
Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment.

Nice room, spacious with sofa etc. Good facilities for cooking as well, neigberhood a little bit ruf, but no problem. Nice welkoming from hotel.

The property was an ideal stay for 11 nights, in a good position for the train station and local amenities.
It was clean and the welcome pack was appreciated. I would highly recommend for an independent extended or short stay.
