Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado.
O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo.
O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

horrible experience , not even a 3 stars level . dirty room , the bathroom was dirty , i found hair all over the floor . the bathroom instalations was so old . the hotel needs a remodelation asap.
i told the front desk , and they all said they were new to the hotel , and did nothing .
disapointing !!!!!

Hotel tem tudo para ser melhor. O quarto já sabíamos que seriam mais antigos porém ocorreram alguns fatos que deixa a desejar. O pré checkin não adianta nada, tivemos que ficar 1:30h no checkin esperando. No dia seguinte acabou água e ficamos sem banho, nem água o hotel ofereceu para escovar os dentes, ou informações concretas se iriam resolver e quando. No dia seguinte que o Bluepark estava fechado (quarta-feira) a água estava suja e fedida, com cheiro forte de cloro com alguma coisa.. provavelmente não será nossa próxima opção.
