Very good hotel

Am pleased with the service received at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this as the staff is courteous and customer friendly. I enjoyed my stay and had a good time. Except that the chef didn’t know how to make a cheese cake. That was a bit of a disappointment for me during the breakfast time. Rest I liked my room and the ambience around.

We are overall very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room we stayed in was clean and bright. We were also offered access to the M Club lounge and they had a small scale buffet in the evening, the food was also very good. Would highly recommend this stay and we'd definitely come back to stay when we visit Foshan.

服務：叫拿個小童牙刷牙膏，開個陽台門，晚上8點40拿到11點，期間打了3次電話催。就這服務？拿過來的時候，直接給我一張被子，連我的需求都沒搞懂。後來説沒有小童牙膏衹有牙刷，服了 衞生：床單和被子很多黑色毛毛 設施：恆温游泳池水冷得發抖，陽台連一張凳子都沒有，而且感覺臟臟的 不會再選第二次

酒店比較新，設計簡潔合理，前台服務還不錯，Brandon的服務挺好，點贊。房間淋浴房的下水有些堵塞，排水不暢，影響入住體驗。健身房的服務人員馮家裕tom非常差勁，正常訓練被多次打擾，真是搞不懂這種五星級酒店的健身房的員工培訓怎麼會是這樣的，完全是以一己之力拉低了整個酒店的形象。
