Every staff member that we had an encounter with had top notch care. Every need was met and room was comfortable. I especially loved the holiday decor.

The location and property itself is amazing but they put me in an unsafe room with a nonworking phone and a nonworking smoke detector. Once I brought it the attention the only compensation they gave me was a drink voucher and management refused to talk to me about the situation they didn’t offer me to get another room so we spent the night in a very unsafe room with no smoke detector and a non-working phone.

$50 a day to park our vehicle. And the number to text ahead to have it pulled up and waiting was always returned with a text that they were too busy to use to automated system. Once downstairs, it was a 30 minute wait for our vehicle to be brought to us. Extremely inconvenient and overpriced for terrible valet service. Vacation time wasted on a poorly managed system. Advice? Don’t valet. Park nearby and walk. Save yourself valuable time (and significant money). Stay was nice, but huge regret and frustration over the car service aspect of our trip.

It is a very lovely hotel. The fireplace with leather furniture in the lobby is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very clean. Staff was friendly!

I was very disappointed in this stay considering g how much I paid. The walls are paper thin and felt like I was in the next room where people were talking. Didn’t sleep well because of thin walls and noisy traffic. Room service forgot some of my order and charged their own gratuity and service fee. The room was dirty and smelly. Very disappointed however the staff was really nice and helpful.

Because of the weather we had no hot water and the restroom stopped flushing other than that we love the Omni just weather issues we cut out trip short and checked out a day before
