Someone was banging on my door after 11pm. Scared the crap out of me. Then they were loud outside our window at car. I don’t think I like ground level. Room was extremely nice.

We forgot that we had booked an extra night and when we called in, the lady for customer service told us we were charged a fee. We had to pay for another night and wait on our refund. Also, once we got our new room, it was extremely hot and did not get fixed(we waited 3 hours.) Then we were switched to another room, where the tub was filthy. I ended up getting cleaning supplies from the front desk and cleaning it myself.
Also, one of the women lied and said the hotel doesn’t do room service when in fact they do.
