AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach

Booked specifically a room with ocean view. Got a room with a construction view that didn’t let me sleep. Room was supposed to be a king size bed but got a queen size bed. What did I pay my money for?

No dresser space for 4. Which was a little inconvenient with two kids. But really got me. Is the constant trickery the hotel usese to rip u off. I book three rooms and was charge distiny fee 75 per day. Ok which was explan. What i dont get u must use the money at the hotel. In which case u are charge a service fee.repackage fee and all kind of taxes. I ended up double tiping the bartender who also serve my meal. I didnt know the other fee was considered tip. On my bill My fault. But why not just say tip. Why have the gratitude line on the bottom if itwas already included.

Way too expensive for what you get. Major construction site next door and breakfast was not included and cost over $60 for three people. Also the additional fees were crazy.

Location across from the ocean as well as inland waterways. The room was very good and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They were late checking us in so that wasn’t great but location and hotel is good, Although cleaning staff use the same elevator so it’s not quick getting up to your room and back down.

Hotel fit the needs of a family of four for a quick stay. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing especially Kennedy and Arithea (apologies for the misspelling). She was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean but the next door construction is a problem. At times sawdust from the wood cutting blew into the pool and on guest. Very annoying. But overall a wonderful hotel.

Hotel is fine but the loud construction next door makes it impossible to stay there if you don't want drilling and banging all day. balconies impossible to use because of this. Trying to get a refund from ******* as we checked out early but as yet, despite 3 emails, no reply from *******,

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel! Kid friendly, very clean, wonderful patio views, awesome lobby area with great cocktails and food menu. The beds, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. We loved the heated pool, especially on our rainy day there. However, because it is a spa pool, the type of chemical damaged/caused my daughter and my swim suit to completely fade. It also dried out my daughter’s hair. This is probably due to it being a spa pool. Next time we will wear old swim suits in it. The other thing to keep in mind is the significant construction going on next door. It wouldn’t have prevented us from staying because overall didn’t bother us but may bother some people.
