Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

除了不在海灘，其它各項都挺好，早餐豐富，環境優雅大氣，停車方便，房間很大。

Needs to be updated. We have been coming to this hotel for 15 years. The only thing updated has been the tv’s. There are no usb ports except behind the tv. The toilets have no pressure therefore will not flush properly.
The only good thing is Elizabeth in the bar. She is the reason we come back and the pool area.

Was quiet a challenge getting checked in. We arrived at 9:30 am and didn’t get in until 3:30. Supposedly they had been texting us. Never got anything until I finally got up from the chair and said is there nothing ready yet. Unacceptable. I still haven’t received those texts

Stayed for one night after our cruise. The property is VERY dated and in need of remodel. The couch was very dated. For the price, which was very high, I definitely would not stay there again.

We stayed before a cruise and it was good especially for a group of us. Breakfast was just ok. It was quiet and rooms were clean

Issues with checking in. I tried to check in without going to the front desk using their Hilton Honors app. But I still had to go to the front desk. Just took some time. I did try and call the day before, but was told they did not know why and would have to go to the front desk when we arrived. They should have been more efficient and find someone who new. The issue was I did not have a credit card on file and that could have been easliy rectified on that phone call. The room was OK. Could have been vacumed more thoroughly, since we found small pieces of glass. Not enough to really cause any damage to your feet.

Pleasant staff room was comfortable and quiet easy walk to the outback steak house haven't had breakfast yet but it looks like plenty of options

The hotel is located in a good place for people that are foing to cruise. There is a shuttle available for a fee. The property needs some renovation, breakfast was good and afternoon reception, 2 drinks included.
