โรงแรมต้องการทำบางสิ่งกับห้องที่ฉันอยู่ ห้องสกปรกมีคราบบนพรมและเก้าอี้ อ่างล้างจานในห้องน้ำหยุดอยู่เสมอ & พวกเขาคิดราคาแพงเกินไปสำหรับบริการรับจอดรถ ฉันจะไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคน

Great location. We stayed ocean view room and was everything I expected. Too pricey. Needs update furniture and decor. Water faucet BR sink didn’t work.

The property needs upgrading. It is old and conditions are poor. I was disappointed as it is a Marriott and I expected more.

Let's start with the GOOD news. The staff here is off the charts. The facility is showing its age a bit and is undergoing renovations, when we arrived the lobby was quickly filling up with an angry mob because the computer system went done. This is where the staff really impressed us. Lena and Emanuel handled a stressful situation with incredible grace and professionalism and eventually got everyone sorted out. We had a couple of other nuisances like a TV that didn't work but at the end of the day Bill Stienberg made it right with us, he clearly understands the hospitality business and ran a tight ship. Special shoutout to Zerodia and Marietta who were also fantastic. We will be back when they finish the renovations.

Great location; a quick walk across the street to the beach. Great view from the corner room.
Our room was not ready when checking in, waited over 4 hours for it to be prepared. Josh at the check in counter offered to downgrade our room at the same price if we wanted to check in for the time we reserved online.
