Worst hotel for check in they tell you they will text when your room is ready and they don’t, hours later you have to wait in a line while they check new arrivals in to be told they were too busy to text. My son’s flight was late coming in I confirmed with the desk they would hold his room, when he arrived they had given his room away. Told me my credit card declined it. It told them nothing was applied as I have bank notifications and also had more than enough room on the card. Very bad customer service will never stay here again. Pretty sketchy area nothing around you to shop or eat at. Breakfast buffet is $20 for next to nothing no other options for breakfast at their restaurant.
