環境不錯，就是早上飛機五點到酒店等到中午才能checkin，附近沒有什麼餐廳希望酒店裡多開餐廳

I had a situation with valet parking, where there was no valet attendant for over 45 minutes. I ended up having to go to the front lobby twice to see what was going on because I had to pick up someone from the airport. The front desk attendant didn't know what to do and gave me the option to look inside the casket box of keys and figure out which was mine and I left

Appreciate the cleanliness of the brand new hotel and the rooftop pool looks nice. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for a shuttle that never returned after shutting the door in our faces and left me with my elderly mother in the Florida sun. I attempted to call and use the in-app chat but received no responses so we took an Uber. Desk acknowledged there was a “problem with the shuttle” but nothing beyond that.
Room layout is awkward. What’s the target demographic for travelers requesting separate beds but no privacy or door for the all glass shower?

Great place to stay, liked the easy access to pool, beach, shops, and restaurants. Quiet but not far from the fun.

Rooms were exceptionally small , ok for 1 night .
Pool was very small . Bar was not open .
Being on 2 main roads it was very noisy in the room and air conditioning was noisy too.
Very clean rooms .

Love that there is designated smoking area on 2nd floor balcony. Did not like the street view and noisy traffic from balcony.

The room was like a coffin, it wasn't cleaned once in 4 nights, and they acted like we were an issue for asking that the broken fan that was so loud we had to yell over it be fixed. I think they just don't have enough staff and the rooms are the smallest I've seen ever.

Friendly & helpful staff! We got there very early & they allowed us to store our luggage while we went to grab lunch. We also then hung out by the pool until our room was ready for checkin! The manager was also very nice! Very clean building & room. Super spacious lobby & room as well! Overall great stay

There is noisy fan in the room , nobody knows sbout this
I asked to send a person to fix it , but there is no technical guy in the night
They don’t take care about , we can’t sleep in the night beacuse of too noisy !!!!
