It took 30 minutes for check-in. I was double charged for the pet fee, and the receptionist was unable to reverse one of the charges. She stated that she “was new” and needed to call someone to assist. I finally told her I would come back to take care of it. My husband and I finally got our car unpacked and found the bathroom floor had standing water on it from the toilet overflowing. We wen back to the lobby to request a new room. In the new room we were given the TV wasn’t working/connected. We called the front desk and she said she would call us back. I ended up re-booting the cable box myself. About 30 minutes later the clerk came to the door to “troubleshoot” the TV. I’m still waiting for the double charged pet fee to be returned. Not a good experience, especially after driving for 14 hours with 2 small dogs in the car.
