The location is bad opposite the gate of Ceuta long queue all the time, on arrival they refused to give the rooms we booked they charge me more money for taxes she was very rude, the pool is too small it’s like u swim on street, no body smile 😊 staff need more experience, no cleaning they cover the pillow but wow i checked so dirty. I ordered breakfast 6,5€ wow i throw it, I don’t recommend it

I was paid for a wedding room decorations but nothing made
I was booked a double room but I found Two separated beds
I was disappointed on my wedding night
No free Parking
I was paid taxes online but they requested that I pay again at the hotel

The stuff is friendly and helpful, the hotel location is ok ( there was a huge traffic jam of MRE travelling through Ceuta)
Rooms are hot and unfortunately Air-co is NOT working :S
We didn't get towels for 2 days.

J’ai réservé dans cette hôtel avec ma famille pour une nuit et ça a été trop pour nous ! A l’arrivée, le personnel qui n’a pas l’air très qualifié nous oblige à payer le petit déjeuner en nous disant que c’est obligatoire alors que pas du tout. En montant dans les chambres, j’ai eu la merveilleuse surprise de découvrir de la poussière au sol et sur les tables, des poiles dans la salle de bains et sur la cuvette des toilettes, la climatisation qui ne marche pas ou fait un bruit atroce qui empêche de dormir, et j’en passe ! J’ai dû demander à changer de chambre, mais ce sont les mêmes problèmes meme après avoir changé. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement infecte, le jus d’orange est certainement le pire que j’ai pu boire de la vie, la nourriture n’est pas bonne et le service 0 !!!
En bref passez votre chemin, je déconseille fortement, je me suis plus sentie volé qu’autre chose !
