Cute hotel, we got upgraded to an en-suite, lovely room with a balcony. The room is located on top of the reception using a spiral stairs. Room with good air condition. Will be staying again next time

Fuimos a pasar las Navidades a Florencia y pasamos allí el fin de año. El Hotel es espectacular, decoración clásica y atención al detalle. Servicio de habitaciones, recepción, todo excelente. Si el salón del desayuno está completo, los 5 minutos de espera los haces en otro salón, tomando un café con pastas, sentado en uno de los muchos sofás, y si quieres puedes ojear libros de escultura, pintura etc.

A little hard to find and if you have a car a little hard to stop to unpack. The hotel will organise parking for you which is great. Breakfast was included and was very nice, lots of options. Travelling as a family of 4 and all the beds were decent size. Two bedrooms separated by a small internal entryway. Great for the family. Close to everything, very walkable.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff was so professional & accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. Their breakfast buffet was a plus & saved us some $$, not to mention their food selections for the buffet were quite varied. I would have given this hotel an all 5-star rating were it not for the one downside that the internet connection was horrible in our room. We could only remain connected for a half-hour at a time then get disconnected. But we stayed only for a night & came back to the hotel from Pisa quite late so we did not bother to inform the front desk. I would recommend this hotel & if you’re staying for more than a night, just make sure to ask about the internet connection. The staff is really wonderful & willing to assist.

Gorgeous hotel. I have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton and four seasons in Chicago. I’d say this hotel room was even more gorgeous. More spacious. I don’t know if we were given a special room but it was amazing. A gorgeous balcony facing the square. Something I’ll never forget, in an unbelievable city that I can’t wait to go back to. This was my first time in Europe and this hotel was a highlight. Classy, elegant, not overdone. I saw the pictures online but didn’t expect it to be as or more gorgeous. Thank you ******* for allowing me to experience this with my points. Just booked my next trip to keep earning. Oh! The breakfast was amazing. Go early if you are short on time, but go. It might be a little. It if a wait if you go later. For a free breakfast you can’t get anything like that in the US.
