Walk to the hotel is quite rough with narrow pavements + rocky surfaces. Convenient location to other sights (walking distance) and easy for light travelers. Would not recommend dragging heavy luggage to the hotel from the train station.

格局非常特別的酒店，整體都不錯就是距離車站稍稍遠了一點，雖然是一直路，但都需要行走大慨15分鐘左右。
歐洲的房間非常合適晾乾衣服，因為空間都非常夠大。而且它是分開了睡房及梳洗空間。酒店職員非常友善，也熱情幫忙。唯獨要注意就是房間光線比較暗，但床舖尺寸非常夠大，床褥也是挺好睡的。

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Even when I had to leave early before breakfast was served for a work meeting, they packed me a bagged breakfast. Very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage after checkout while we squeezed in a few more hours of sight seeing.

Our stay at Hotel Rapallo was perfect. The location was away from the busy areas but close enough to walk to all the shopping, restaurants, museums, and hot spots in the city.
Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a huge terrace. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and had tea time in the evening. Tea time was such a great addition to our stay, it was a great way to wind down after a busy day.
The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful when we asked for directions or recommendations.
This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. If we return to Florence we will definitely stay again!

3 sisters husbands enjoyed our 7 night stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 22 minutes to the Duomo. 25€ for a taxi to/from the airport, our preferred choice over 1.75€ train when you have suitcases.
Free breakfast every morning with delicious croissants and a wide variety of pastries, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, made to order omelets and sandwiches, and coffees. Free bottled water to take on your daily adventures. At the end of your day, they have free tea time treats from 17:00-20:00. You can also order alcohol beverages, most cost 12€.
Our rooms were nice sized and well-lighted; refrigerator was filled with water (still & sparkling); and the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. The key card had to be in the slot in order for the lights to work (it took my sis 10 minutes to figure that out).
The staff was very helpful and we appreciated the dinner reservations they made for us at Trattoria Zà Zà.
Although not in the busy, city center, if you are in walking shape, I recommend staying at Hotel Rapallo when visiting Firenze.

Location is great from the train station.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Upgrade on our room, which wasn’t asked for, was a lovely surprise and only added to our stay in this beautiful city
