Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - The guy at the reception did the paper work - a quick one & passed us the keys & the map of the city. Bedroom Apar**ent - Apar**ent ambience 7/10 - Size was reasonable 8.5/10 (For 3adults) - Cleanliness 7/10 - Bed comfortability 7/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 8/10 - No Safe is available in the room - Literally minimum basic toiletries are available in the room - BETTER to bring your own if you are very particular abt it. - No toothbrush 🪥 given - Towels are changeable via make up room which is done automatically unless you’re not making up the room - Electric kettle is not available - No breakfast option available but there’s cafe directly opposite or nearby - WiFi is available 8/10 🌟Important Note🌟 - 5mins - 8mins walk to Firenze Santa Maria Novella - A little rough along the way (no big deal) - Many restaurants within walking distance - There’s no loan of umbrella in Italy 🇮🇹 (I supposed) if you need one then you got to buy it😅 Summary - Everything was ok - bed & pillow wasn’t to my preference (too springy & too soft) - Great price for a great location

So easy. The location is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to bus and tram stations and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Staff was great room was cute with view of streets below. They provide a map and you are able to book tours with front desk. Parts of hotel are still under renovation but nonetheless, great place to stay for the money.

I love Florence! This hotel is well placed, close to city centre and main station, although easy to miss.

Clean big room but air conditioning did absolutely nothing in the room... was veryyyy warm!!!

Property is in a very good location near the train station. Rooms are clean and the WiFi has decent speed. The only negative thing is the bathroom vanity was loose.

Filthy & smelly, wallpaper peels off the walls. The room was virtually falling apart. The toilet let off water when flushed. Stay away from this place no matter how and save yourself from a disgusting experience.

Very convenient location with lovely staff. Fine for the one night stay - basic accommodation but clean and welcoming.
