Very well located. The neighborhood is pretty and active. The location is close to everything : restaurants, shops, groceries etc. Le sofa bed isn’t confortable and souldn’t be used to sleep. The bed was very confortable. The AC is appreciated though it’s noisy and it’s filter had to be cleaned. The bathroom is very small and water gets everywhere. The bathroom door doesn’t stay shut. The apar**ent would benefit a little work. Owner was nice and available. Toilet paper, laundry detergent and garbage bags would be nice to have for the whole stay. Don’t forget to bring yours. I recommand this place to people in goodnphysical conditions since it’s a 2nd floor and the staircase might be challenging to some travelers. We had a great time in Florence and appreciated the apar**ent even if it wasn’t perfect.
