โฮมสเตย์ถูกพบโดยบังเอิญ เราพบว่าพนักงานพร้อมซึ่งทําให้เราสะดวกสบายทันที โครงสร้างอยู่ในตําแหน่งเชิงกลยุทธ์และสามารถเข้าถึงศูนย์ได้แม้เดิน โครงสร้างที่ดีและจําเป็นในการบริการ ดูเหมือนจะอยู่บ้าน ขอแนะนํา เราจะกลับมา ขอบคุณคุณนายเสลิล่า

First off the good this hotel is extremely unique. I love the way it’s set up. For a dirty/romantic getaway, this place could be absolutely phenomenal, the twinkle lights in the room in the mirrors on the Wall Trust me this place could be fun! We arrived in March we stayed for two nights Unfortunately in March there is no AC in the hotel. The heater was stuck on in the bathroom and at night the temperature got to 33° We open the window for the brisk, nightmare and in came thousands of mosquitoes… definitely not the hotels fault but a screen over the window would’ve elevated our experience a great deal. Unfortunately my son is covered in mosquito bites from head to toe and I had a less severe reaction, but I also slept with a sheet over my head The hotel gracefully Sprayed our rooms the next day to get rid of the mosquitoes which worked But unfortunately on the last of us day, we slept with the windows open, and it was unbearably hot. The bar downstairs was well stocked and very expensive and the local economy you can buy a bottle of Jameson for €20 in unfortunately one double cost exactly the same. I would’ve happily drank whiskey there all night long and have a great time but it was just a little too expensive if you stay there bring your own alcohol you’ll need it for the temperatures in the room. To be honest, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to Black walls of the hallways were unique. Very nice hotel, but like I said some screens on the rooms and some creative pricing at the bar would’ve made this a five star steak

A 3* hotel that exceeded my expectations. Well placed next to the SMN railway station, and literally next to the SMN bus station for Siena and other Tuscan town. The hotel is also not that far from the Florence historic centre. There is also a supermarket very close by. I stayed in a single room, no 315, for 2 nights. Although a single it was not very small, as so often in Italy. The bed was also not too narrow for a large person like me, and was comfortable. Bathroom was large, with a bathtub. Towels were soft and fluffy, of good quality. Cleanliness was very good, and maintained so throughout my stay. The wardrobe was large enough, and the safe & minibar were useful. Overall, the hotel is not a new one, with rather old furniture that shows its age, but I like old-fashioned hotels so it was fine for me. Breakfast was very good, and the service at breakfast was excellent, which is so rare nowadays, even in high star hotels, kudos to the tall Italian guy running the breakfast room from the bar. Also of great help was the young lady from the reception, always helping efficiently, kindly, with a smile. Walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. It was not warm enough in my room, the AC showed it was working towards 22 degrees, but in fact in was not, and temperature stayed at 19 degrees, which was uncomfortable for me. TV was very small.

นั่งรถรางจากสถานีรถไฟฟลอเรนซ์มาถึงโรงแรมใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาที หลังจากขึ้นรถรางแล้วจะใช้เวลาเดินถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 10 นาที เราสองคนลากกระเป๋าไปสามใบทำเอาเราเขินเล็กน้อย และไม่มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารไม่กี่แห่งใกล้กับโรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตาม โรงแรมดีกว่าห้องพัก สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ครั้งละสามใบ พื้นที่ยังเพียงพอ

เดินไม่กี่นาทีจากสถานีผ่านแมคโดนัลด์ ออกจากสถานีจากซ้าย โรงแรมถูกตั้งค่าดังนั้นจึงพลาดได้ง่าย เรามีห้องสําหรับสามคนเตียงคู่หนึ่งเตียงและเตียงแคมป์ต่ํา ห้องพักถูกสร้างขึ้นทุกวันและผ้าเช็ดตัวก็เปลี่ยนบ่อย ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีไม้แขวนเสื้อมากมายตู้นิรภัยน้ําฟรีในตู้เย็น ฉันถามว่าเราสามารถมีกาต้มน้ําได้หรือไม่ซึ่งไม่มีปัญหา ห้องน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่ห้องอาบน้ําพร้อมอุปกรณ์อาบน้ํา ผ้าเช็ดตัวสีขาวน่ารัก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมสําหรับร้านอาหารที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากมายและอยู่ห่างจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเพียงไม่กี่นาที ห้องพักค่อนข้างอบอุ่น แต่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ อาหารเช้าประกอบด้วยโยเกิร์ต ผลไม้สด ขนมปัง ครัวซองต์ ไข่คน และกาแฟชั้นดี พนักงานโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แม้แต่พิมพ์ตั๋วสําหรับการเดินทางของเราหนึ่งครั้ง จะพักที่นี่อีก ครั้งหน้าออกจากสถานีรถไฟจากซ้าย!

This location is really convenient if you need to take the flight to domestic airlines or other countries, just few minutes by taxi or trans. Don’t forget to make a reservation if you take early flight. The staff is also very helpful when we need to leave the luggage at the hotel. Recommend this hotel if you just need 1 or 2 nights for transferring.

ริมสะพานเก่าของฟลอเรนซ์ ห้องสวีท 403 วิวแม่น้ํา ห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องนอนมีหน้าต่างสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดานหันไปทางแม่น้ํา Arno ทําเลดีและวิวดี แต่เครื่องทําความร้อนไม่ร้อนเกินไป วันที่สาม เราอัปเกรดเป็นห้องสวีทสําหรับครอบครัวที่มีวิวแม่น้ําขนาดใหญ่กว่า 405 ข้างบ้าน พร้อมร้านอาหารสําหรับหกคน ห้องน้ํา 2 ห้อง และอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็เข้มข้นมากเช่นกัน แนะนํา!

สามารถเดินไปยังสถานีรถไฟซานตา มาเรีย โนเวลลา ได้ นอกจากนี้คุณยังสามารถเดินทางมาด้วยรถรางเพียง 1 คันจากสถานีขนส่ง ห้องพักสะอาดมาก และฉันขอขอบคุณที่แม้แต่แขกในหอพักก็สามารถใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น สบู่ ผ้าเช็ดตัว และผ้าเช็ดตัวได้ฟรี แต่ไม่มีห้องครัวจึงอาจจะยากสักหน่อยสำหรับคนที่อยากทำอาหารทานเอง

I had problems trying to find a hotel in Florence at short notice and ended up booking a room at this hotel. First I should explain that this hotel is on the second and third floor of a building. I was given a room by the stairs, which by the way are made of wood I think, so the noise of people going up and down was terrible. There is a lift, but it will only take you from the ground floor to the reception, so if you have a suitcase and you are given a room on the third floor, you have to drag it up the stairs, near to where my room was. My room was big enough, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom almost the same side of the room, painted in red! and very dark, even with the light on. The room and bathroom were clean and my linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc. Unfortunately the reception area was dirty. There are 2 or 3 settees with a material cover, which has not been washed for some time. The location of this hotel is excellent. 15 mns to the Duomo and 30 mns to the Ponte Vecchio. The guys at the reception were very helpful, polite and one of them, on the night shift, (regrettably I did not ask his name) never stopped smiling. Great service. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but make sure you are giving a room away from the stairs.

The reason why I’m voting 3 stars is because I wasn’t able to take a decent shower due to the water being blocked and it starting to overflow to the ground after 5/6 minutes. You guys need to call a plumber as everything in the toilet is blocked. I went to the spa which I was really looking forward to, to then go into a “hot tub” that was freezing cold! The salt room was ice cold inside and the steam room wasn’t even steaming. That was disappointing. I did tell the receptionist about it and he said he’d call someone to come tomorrow morning to fix it. Considering my experience in the spa was horrible the decent thing staff could have given to me as gratitude is a free session. But I didn’t get any of that. Overall decent not a bad location considering there’s buses near by that takes you straight to city centre however PLEASE can the MANAGER call a plumber and fix those blocked showers.
