Shower didn’t work. Remote was not functional. Place is clean and comfortable but if you can’t shower it’s a no go. Asked for refund or discount and I wasn’t even acknowledged. Be careful when staying here

The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to restaurants and stores.
There was only two partial rolls of toilet paper in the restroom and we had to ask the front desk clerk for another roll. Additional toilet in the room would be nice, it's the little things that matter!

There indoor pool was closed and cost 70 dollars more to stay. We stayed for indoor pool for kids to swim. And no help on price reduction. Wont stay again

The pool and hot tub were closed. This should have been advertised. It is the only reason I chose this hotel. There was also a live roach in the bathroom when we walked in.
