Adults Only, Royalton Chic Antigua

Service was extremely pleasant with lots of young enthusiastic staff willing to help guests. The renovated rooms are spacious and well equipped. The showers are a little small in size. The food was excellent quality and a wide variety. It was excellent to see lots of local food varieties including in the menu. We really enjoyed this.

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Royalton Chic Antigua. The resort is luxurious while still being warm and inviting. The rooms were huge and featured a double vanity . The bedding was superb! The food was excellent. If possible please upgrade to the Diamond Club it gives you extra amenities including a butler. Zenworth was our butler, he was kind and committed and made every effort to ensure that our vacation as amazing. The entire staff was warm and friendly, while eating the restaurant managers and hostess would come and check on you. Everyone was invested in ensuring that your stay was pleasant. My husband and I were there to celebrate both of our birthdays. There was a mix up with the dates to remedy the matter they provided us with a romantic dinner in a private cabana. Onicka was our hostess and sever she was beyond a mazing. She took photos, served us a 4 course meal and met all of our requests. Vernon at the water sports desk was very kind and helpful. Nyesha at the Diamond Club front desk is a gem. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!!!

I stayed with my husband at the hotel and it was fantastic I loved how close it is to the beach and the facilities especially the restaurant Pescari the people in the bars very helpful and professional congratulations to the team.they are wonderful

My husband and I took a quick trip to Antigua for some much needed relaxation. First and foremost the hotel was beautiful and the service was amazing from beginning to end. One of my highlights was meeting Estella she was so sweet and accommodating! I rate her at the #1 bartender at the resort. Not to mention she make one of the best frozen rum punch I have had. Every time I seen her she had a smile on her face. She remembered my drink of choice, when sat at the bar she was already beginning to prepare my drink 🍹 without me uttering a word. Now that what you call service ESTELLA IS MY GIRL! When I go back in looking for her.

Royalton Chic Antigua is a new adult resort. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to the end of my stay. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My Bulters Sheresse and Kemoy went beyond their cope of job. They were so helpful and knowledgeable of their duties. Communication with the guest were excellent. Food on the resort we good lots of options. Haven Grill was great especially the oxtails. Excite Lounge at night was great and the bar food was good. The Spa service was marvelous for me. Thank you Kennth who is the first male Massuese at any of the Royalton Chic. He was great as well also Shemeyer who showed me around the Spa was wonderful. Now for the Vibeteam phemonal dancers especially Timzoti. Everyone on the team know their craft as entertainers. The staff in the Diamond Club amazing from reception and beyond. Last but not least the room was comfortable,clean and housekeeping staff was available at all times. One minor issue was the shower area there is no place to put your toiletries like your soap or shampoo etc. Other then that I can't wait to go back. Bar tender made good drinks. This property is AMAZING!! 10/10! The entire staff, from guest services, servers, butlers, DJs, etc are wonderful!! They’re welcoming and friendly! The food is also VERY good! Diamond-club also has access to a special restaurant and premium drinks. Staff I loved: the butler Caroline, the Diamond club supervisor Nikisha, the DJ Stookie, and all of the restaurant servers. The Spa was also amazing. The staff there were very sweet and pleasant.

We had theeee Best Butler Service Excellence, provided by Neil & Rowan!! They both took the Best care of us EVER, We never wanted for anything they were always there with a smile and provided white glove Butler Service around the clock answered every question we had!! If you are looking for a Beautiful brand new Resort Adults ONLY, please book your stay and add the Diamond Club Butler package and Rowan & Neil will not disappoint and will be waiting to serve you and greet you with a smile!!!!

This hotel is definitely a 5star hotel will recommend anyone to spend they stay here .The staff was great from check in to check out .A lot hospitality&very welcoming .The vibeteam was great(Timothy,Devin &all the young ladies apart of the vibe team names starting with K)Bartender La’Shawn,Josh,Kaity Ann&Kaidan was great .Everything about this hotel was amazing .I definitely plan to visit again
