酒店太老，房間很小，空調氯氣都是灰塵。 早餐很差，感覺就是超市買的蛋糕。晚餐酒店裡也很差，點的菜和上菜不一樣，pasta 很一般。 服務員的英語也很差。 建議去小鎮尋食物，走路3分鐘有一個超市可以買水。

the room was small . premier inn rooms are bigger only 2 electric sockets 3 if you count the bathroom hairdryer. a fridge that didn't work. air con turned off so had to open window which as the hotel is on the main route to the A1 meant for a noisy night. Stayed 6 nights as part of a coach tour. Car park across said busy road. Sheets were not changed all week , room did not appear to have been hoovered, All of the party had insect bites assumed from bed bugs or mosquito's. Breakfast included just the one cup of coffee no refills. Evening meal only eat twice disappointing the best thing was the home made gelato. The lift was the slowest I have ever been in .

We visited Ferentino to visit the town where my grandpa grew up before immigrating to the Unitef States and we stayed in Hotel Bassetto. We were a LARGE group of like 11 people including some babies. The hotel was so accommodating and the hospitality was amazing. They helped us with transportation and even gave us a little tour and information about Ferentino. The food was delicious. It really felt like staying with family and we will definitely be back.

È stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire questo hotel 3 stelle a pochi chilometri dal centro storico della bella Ferentino. Una cittadina tutta da scoprire con le sue mura che trasudano storia vera. L’hotel ha camere ordinate e pulite, due ascensori consentono di salire ai piani alti, una grande hall e personale molto gentile accolgono i clienti. Se cercate una struttura moderna non farà al caso vostro ma se cercate simpatia e una cucina di tradizione con camerieri in divisa sarete sicuramente soddisfatti della scelta. Al ristorante piatti tipici, cucina espressa, vini di qualità. Vale la sosta anche solo per un pranzo o una cena. L’ampio parcheggio gratuito è un plus non da poco.

Возможно отель немного удалён от города, но это компенсируется очень приветливым персоналом. Очень чисто в отеле. Давно такого не видела. Отель немного староват, но все идеально чисто. Завтраки включены и есть выбор. Все что подают на завтрак,готовят в отеле. Остались очень приятные впечатления.

Siamo stati per un week end di coppia, e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Hotel molto grande, bell’accoglienza gentilissimi e super disponibili. Ristorante molto buono come letto su altre recensioni. Camerieri molto professionali e di una simpatia unica. In particolare Luca, una persona squisita e che fà un gelato spaziale con copertura in cioccolata che sicuro vi proporrà. Ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo e torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel vecchio stile completamente da rivedere. Stanze da ristrutturare, prima colazione completamente da rivedere considerato che si tratta di un tre stelle. Promosso a mio avviso il personale disponibile e gentile pronto a dare sempre un consiglio. È presente un parcheggio non custodito ma la sede è molto distante da qualsiasi struttura e dal centro

Struttura un pò datata, ma pulita (A parte sui muri dove sgocciola quel benedetto gel per le mani). Personale cortese e disponibile. Rivedrei qualcosa sul discorso normative di sicurezza, soprattutto eliminerei la moquette. La doccia era un pochino arrugginita sulle porte. Comodo parcheggio se non si mettono a parcheggiare nel mezzo delle curve. Disponibile di fronte anche un grande parcheggio libero, comodo soprattutto per i TIR. Il ristorante è nella norma, ma i prezzi sono un pò altini.
