現代化酒店，一般管理，房間不錯，但隔音稍嫌不足，餐廳早餐也是一般。
地點則不太方便，我看來酒店主打的是健身中心。

酒店及房間設計新穎，舒適。但房間廁所是半透明玻璃，私隱度欠奉。另外地台浴缸沒有浴簾/浴屏，沖涼水會沿著地台流出廁所外，此設計是非常愚蠢。
酒店自助早餐種類沒有太多選擇，而且人流多，需要排隊，人手又不足，可以不用加錢購買。

Good to have an indoor pool and sauna when in a short break in uk.
Starbucks on site however nit the quickest service.
Restaurant in hotel good staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks however limited selection of food burgers etc.
Unfortunately location not best my fault for not doing research. You can hear the traffic and nothing in walking distance to do.
The receptionist was very helpful and organised late checkout for me. All team members at hotel very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with everything you need including a gym and swimming pool. Close to shopping centres and other amenities such as cinema, ice skating etc.
Great place to stay.

We had issues getting into our room firstly the key card didn’t work and then we were given a new room that didn’t appear to have been cleaned / serviced… whilst those at the desk were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink it wasn’t good enough when it was late and we had been travelling. We only had 1 main towel and 1 hand towel which is surprising. I also don’t think as an overnight guest that we should pay for car parking.
