Travelodge Bristol Cribbs Causeway Hotel

From check in to check out all the staff are friendly and couldnt do enough for me and my boys. Always polite, smiley and happy to chat, they make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble especially Sharon. She always says hi to my children, chat to them about their day and have good recommendations when needed. Love staying here and have a home away from home. Lovely quiet and peaceful which makes a great stay.

Absolutely love this hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Nicky and all the staff are just as nice I would definitely recommend staying here. Nice rooms family friendly Close to pubs supermarkets the mall absolutely love

Absolutely fantastic.!!! The staff have gone above and beyond. We are working away from bolton, not a clue what's going on in the area so we asked Sharon at the desk and she couldn't of done more for us. She actually wrote us a list of places to visit and places to have a drink which we never expected. She even give us the directions to the bus stop and buses to catch to get to each location and even described each location throughly. I couldn't ask for anything better especially when we are new to the area. I've never received such kindness and attentiveness. Absolute gem. Had an issue with noise from some guests upstairs keeping us awake and told niki at the desk in the morning, we got home from work and she had warned the other guests and told them they would be evicted if it carried on. Just goes to show that they really value their guests and the quality of their stay! 5 starts from me

Special thx to Nikkiey & Sharon, hotel staff :) Have been excellent great help to my group of 60 student tours. With the great experience from them has made the check in process alot easier for group bookings. They also are super friendly and helpful and warm hearted & accommodating to our students. They are very attentive to our enquiries and requests. I am so pleased to have such a good experience after a long journey in a large group. To me, it means a lot coming to unfamiliar place with large numbers of students , I just would want a smooth check in and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again!

When we arrived myself and my daughter were early and we had tried on line to book an early check in but it didn’t work . We e planned this to Nikkiey and she dealt with it so professionally. She made us feel very welcome , just what you need after a long journey . Nothing g was to much trouble and she also gave us information of things to do in the area. The room was spotless .must say one of the calmest check in I have had . I will book again here can’t fault it.

Stayed here a few times due to personal reasons come up from Plymouth the staff are very friendly and polite makes you feel very welcome they go above and beyond to help you thank you nikkiey & kayleigh ur both amazing we appreciate your services

Disappointing - staff were very friendly and tried to help but I am still waiting for the breakfast refund that they promised - I turned down an offer of a pathetic box breakfast having stayed at the Emmersons Green Travelodge, which provided an excellent breakfast, only let down by the dirty cups and cutlery. I think it would help if Cribbs Causeway web site made it clearer up front about not providing breakfast and other food availability - one of the reasons I went there. Also, some lighting in the car park would help as the surface is uneven.
