It was basically clean. Rooms were not that quiet, but the heater worked and there was electricity and hot and cold running water.

Didn’t see an option for non smoking. Thought it was illegal to rent a room that contaminated with smoke. You should have to ask for a smoking room not sneak it on people. Unfortunately all other rooms were sold out.

Literally nothing in your room, no shampoo no coffee pot no microwave. Beds and room were tiny compared to the pics on the ******* site.. room was very clean though.

Broken shower head that flew at you every time you tried to turn water on. Couldn’t check in until almost 6:30pm arrived at 5pm. Ran down.

Got a non smoking room, smelled like it had been smoked in, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there wasnt a mini fridge or microwave with no access to one either. The front desk staff was very friendly though.

I found a bed bug in my room and had to spend my entire Sunday morning from about 4am-7am checking all my belongings, checking all the bedding in the new room I was given and then moving all my things. I have photo evidence of the bug and also brought it to the staff member that night to see proof. They deny all bed bugs and are trying to refuse to give me a refund because they are claiming I’m lying despite having actual proof
