Hotel Astoria

This is a basic hotel, located only a 5 minute walk from the station. The hotel is extremely dated and a great deal of TLC is needed to bring it up to scratch. It has the appearance of a youth hostel circa 1970s but it is the staff that saves this dismal hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite nice. Coffee was very good. At around £50 (inclusive of breakfast) this is reasonably priced. You get what you pay for as they say!

The staff wss great. Helpful when asked questions. The hotel is near the train station and there is noise at all hours.

Convenient hotel for one night. 1 min walk from Fidenza train station. The hotel has its own pizzeria/restaurant next door which is very handy. Food really good. Staff nice and friendly but room very old and dated but definitely served it’s purpose for me.

Stayed here two nights with family in low season. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Fidenza, parking is right across the street in a separate building. Check in was quick, staff courteous, the elevator rather dated and cramped, the room and bathroom are in need of some renovation but they were spacious, comfortable and clean, the bedroom with a view on the square in front of the building. Breakfast would be buffet-style, but due to the ongoing Covid restrictions that was suspended and we were instead served at the table: food was good and plentiful. Price was competitive and overall I would come back.

Mi dispiace dare una recensione negativa, perché l hotel è in posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e vicino al centro! Ma, nonostante avessi chiesto una stanza in zona silenziosa, prenotazione di 2 settimane prima e in forma scritta, mi hanno messo in una stanza talmente rumorosa da non dormire tutta la notte! Meno male che glielo avevo pure scritto! Rumori di camion Dell autospurgo, camion del rusco eccetera all una di notte e durato x almeno 1 ora, frastuono di treni ogni 10 minuti, sembra avere i treni dentro la stanza! Notte insonne! Peccato però, la posizione è ottima, il ristorante anche, ma non ritorno e non lo consiglio a nessuno!

Non ho mai trovato in vita mia una camera d'hotel cosi' sporca, addirittura pericolosa per la salute data la quantità incredibile di polvere trovata ovunque, sono stata male ed io non soffro di allergie. Per un asmatico sarebbe stato impossibile dormire la. Probabilmente una camera che non veniva utilizzata dal 1800 e non veniva pulita dal 1700, moquett indecente mai aspirata, mobile del letto comodino, portasaponi nei bagni, mobile tv incredibilmente pieni di polvere. Bocchettoni del condizionatore inguardabili e pericolosi per la salute ma tanto non si trovava il telecomando quindi non si poteva neanche accendere(e menomale); il filtro d'areazione in bagno non credo abbia mai visto uno straccio o un'aspirapolvere, anch'esso indecente. Le prese elettriche intorno al letto e piu' a portata di mano sono state ben coperte, ovviamente, per caricare il telefono o semplicemente lavorare al pc dovevo stare o in piedi vicino al mobile della tv perchè l'unica presa disponibile era quella della tv o in piedi vicino al lavandino del bagno dato che era l'unica seconda presa esistente. Chiamata questa una camera "DELUXE" (ahahahaha) ma di deluxe non aveva assolutamente nulla, è stato solamente aggiunto un lettino per formare un letto matrimoniale ben posizionato davanti al finestrone che mi impediva di aprirlo ovviamente ma forse meglio cosi' perchè il terrazzino fuori era anche peggio della camera.

Hôtel sans son jus, bien situé. Proche de la gare sans les inconvénients. Accueil parlant un peu français. Chambre correcte et propre. Douche exiguë. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Matériels usagés. Bref rien d’exceptionnel. Côté restaurant, les plats sont maîtrisés et savoureux. Service dynamique et rapide. Addition correcte.

Joli hôtel, magnifiquement situé à Fidenzia. Personnel super sympathique. Chambre grande et propre. Le seul bémol est la taille de la douche qui est un peu petite. Le restaurant Astoria jouxtant l'hôtel était superbe. Cuisine typique excellente. Gros coup de cœur pour la pizza et le tiramisu. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
