good location, near the port, everything is walking distance.. newly open hotel and very clean.. bed super comfy.. i love tue coffee shops downstairs as they served good coffee.
About the few positive aspects: The hotel is in a very central location, directly at the harbor. The rooms are fairly big and the view from the roof is amazing. There is also a small pool on the rooftop. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant on the rooftop and is pretty standard, not overwhelming though. Now the negatives: It is not possible to drive with the car to the hotel. There is also no dedicated parking, so depending where you find a parking spot, you have to carry your luggage through the inner city to the hotel. The rooms are very badly sound-proofed. Not only were we able to hear our neighbors below, above and next to us. Our room was also close to the elevator so we heard it evertytime it was passing our floor or someone pressed the button. The internet speed is not overwhelming. The air-conditioning regularly switches off, which is not a pleasure during hot summer nights. The service from the staff is quite bad and almost non-existent. Everything we asked for, be it to clean the room or to change the wrong passport number in the system - all requests were consequently ignored. The cherry on the cake was the bathroom: the sink was not mounted on the washing table and the condition of the shower is best described as rather disgusting. I have been to public restrooms that were cleaner. For around 90€/night I expected a bit more quality/service/cleaness. Good thing is, all of the above mentioned points can be improved and solved it just needs a bit of will and effort!
Recently stayed here for one week as a solo female. Have travelled to Fethiye and surrounding areas many times before but this was my first time in the area alone. I had the best week and the hotel was in the ideal location for getting about Fethiye on foot. Right on the harbour, within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The hotel staff are lovely and really helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. I had a double room overlooking the mountains and I loved people watching with a cup of coffee from the balcony. The shower was LOVELY and there was plenty of space in the room to unpack. The mini fridge was also great as it meant I could grab a few drinks or bottles of water and keep them cold in the room if I didn’t fancy venturing out. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels and robes, along with amenities in the bathroom which came in handy on my first night as I didn’t get a chance to pop to the shops and get toiletries. GloriaJeans coffee shop downstairs (direct access from the lobby) does a great cappuccino. The hotel was spotlessly clean and check-in was quick and easy. I received excellent value for money for my stay as even though it was “off-season” the weather was lovely for the majority of the week! I’ve only ever visited the area during May-September but seeing Fethiye during February was lovely as I got to see a whole different side of it and discover new places that I’d not been to before. As a solo female traveller I also felt completely safe. Most nights I was out enjoying coffee or a wine until 11/11.30pm and there were still plenty of families and couples out and about. I feel safer here than at home! Definitely recommend this hotel (and the whole area in general!) whether you’re travelling alone, visiting as a couple or with kids.
The location is great, closer proximity to many restaurants and shops as well as the port where the ferries go. The front desk service was professional and friendly. The. Breakfast looked nice but we were in a rush so the staff were nice enough to let us have some ahead of time but we didn’t try much, overall good selection though. The room was clean and comfortable.
It was a pleasure to discover this hotel, spend 5 excellent days, stuff is amazing and very friendly, location is perfect close to everything, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good, the hotel private beach is wonderful not to miss, and best of all the manager Mr. Aybars is very helpful he makes our stay more than excellent. big thanks.

The place has an amazing view! (Family room, 1 queen + 2 singles). You will enjoy it every breakfast and dinner!
The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.
. Good points :The views are amazing, the staff are friendly The not so good points ; the location is on a very busy road with absolutely nothing nearby so its taxi or bus every time you want to leave Food : Breakfast is awful , not lot of choice unless you like eggs or cheese , salad and chips you will struggle Two choices of cereal chocolate curls or oats . Cheese and salad has wasps crawling all over it and the other options were inedible . Food you buy is better but be careful as they charged us for several items we didn’t order The rooms : It’s like faulty towers in our 7 day stay the ; glass bathroom door smashed we got locked in several times , the shower flooded the room , the safe broke on daily basis , the cleaner forgot to clean our room , the door frame actually fell off totally . The towels and bedding were badly stained and the sheets don’t fit the bed , there’s exposed cables in the bathroom The air on sounds like a washing machine on spin I must admit each issue was resolved but it became tiresome each day another thing goes wrong Our friends staying in the same hotel were given a room with no bathroom door at all they were moved rooms after 2 days . Someone else had a sheet stapled to the door frame instead of an actual door another lady had no water in shower and was standing in reception in just towel ! Last day our pick up time was 7:30pm we asked for late check out and was told by receptionist that was fine we could keep room until 6:30 At 4:30 manager started shouting at me to leave the room , we weren’t packed or washed . He got quite angry and so we quickly packed and left . When I asked him where I could shower and use toilet etc I was told to shower by poolside ! staff were horrified and apologised about his behaviour. We had to sit in reception for three hours waiting for bus to pick us up as there is no where else to sit . So be aware if your flight is late they don’t offer you place to shower and there nothing around so it long wait It’s such a shame as the staff are lovely It didn’t spoil out holiday but do think people should maybe look elsewhere for better hotel before visiting Oludeniz
ผผู้เข้าพักIt was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
ผผู้เข้าพักFirst thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. In summary, really nice hotel with lovely staff We will certainly return to this absolute gem in Oludeniz. Thanks guys. Big Love Leo & Steph X
KkenkwanThe hotel's location was convenient, situated in a bustling area with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff members were polite and responsive, providing prompt assistance when needed. Additionally, the room was clean and adequately furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. Firstly, the noise level in the hotel was higher than anticipated, causing some disturbances during the night. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, and the quality of the food could have been better.
Furthermore, I noticed that some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and hallways, could benefit from a refresh as they appeared a bit worn-out.
Very nice hotel, not noisy, nice staff, pool is pleasant, kettle in room, bring own tea and coffee if you want good, water provided daily, fridge in room, tv ok, not many English channels, air con good, nice balcony too with table and chairs, I had half board and breakfast was very turkish style and dinner was nice, good food, room is clean, bed is nice too, good taxi service from reception ordered, easy access to supermarket Migros, behind and a 3-5 minute walk, near there is a bus stop with shelter which takes you to Çalis Beach and Fethiye, always ask for Nevada Hotel when returning they drop you near Migros. I'd recommend this hotel it's good.
