My second stay at The Best Western Plus hotel in Fergus was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was lovely and well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

Convenient to event location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
No landscaped areas. Wedged into a retail, fast food *****.
Very frustrating trying to get a room reservation at the hotel by telephone so used *******, which it appears was not a cost saving, but appreciated.

The entire parking lot is being torn up and has no suitable parking in the majority of the lot (the useable portion being shared with the large construction equipment being used) or access to the front enterance, with random closing of the road entrances. The elevator doesn’t sound safe, and a portion of the lights are constantly flickering

Please improve your drinking water supply - tastes awful. I have to buy my own bottled water. I suggest your reception staff wear uniforms like your other hotels.
