This is an older Hotel but still ok. The rooms are clean and basic. The restrooms are newer. Breakfast is great however fruits coyld be added. As a plus there is a tasty sparkling wine. Another plus is the indoor pool which we enjoyed a lot. This was als

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating. They helped us warming up our food. Very responsive and polite. We came for one night and ended up staying 3 nights since it was such great service. The hotel is quaint. It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job of keeping it up. We loved seeing the town and surrounding areas and would definitely visit again.

Front desk staff were excellent. Dining room (bistro) staff made for a shockingly comical visit. Over half an hour of being ignored. Got a bottle of wine … finished half of it before our food order was given by me to them (they were standing around the bar waiting for something to happen) - I had to get up, go over and tell them (5 of them) what we wanted. Interesting location - not in the centre of Alsace wine area but convenient to use as a base if you have a car. Parking - across street on an (occasionally) busy corner.
