地址是錯的，找不到又不給退款，可惡至極。

一泊3500円ほどで泊まれました。学生の一人旅なので予算が限られていたのです。値段相応でした。最初に見つけるのは大変ですが、離れの建物でした。3月頭に行きましたが、布団が一枚だけで薄く、暖房のリモコンも効かないのでウルトラライトダウンを着て寝るはめになりました。立地はスルタンアフメットに近くてとても良いです。シャワーは安定した温水が出ます。水道水は煮沸したところ、水面を眺めると透明ななにかがたくさん浮かんでいましたが2日間その水で体調は崩しませんでした。シャンプー、石鹸あり髭剃りはなしでした。

2024年の2月に一泊しました。 口コミにもあったように、受付とは別の建物に案内され、驚きました。 朝食はチェックインした建物でとることができました。 エレベーターがなく、急な階段なので、少し大変かもしれません。 アメニティはタオル類、シャンプー、石鹸、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、エアコン、テレビなどがありました。 チェックアウトは11時でした。

Diese Erfahrung möchte ich niemandem wünschen. Nachdem wir eingecheckt haben wurde zuerst unser Zimmer kontrolliert ob es schon "Bereit" ist, danach wurden wir aufs Zimmer gebracht. Auf dem Weg der erste Schock. Ein komplett anderes sehr altes Gebäude, im Eingangsbereich ne Waschmaschine mit einem Berg voller Bettlaken und Handtüchern vom Hotel. Sehr schmale und dreckige Spindeltreppen. Im 2. OG unser Zimmer. Fußboden in verschiedenen Farben und komplett kaputt, Bett eine dünne Matratze auf einem Spanbrett. Steckdosen alle Lose und teilweise auf dem Boden, (elektrische Leitungen liegen offen herum). Und allgemein überall Dreck, Staub und Haare usw. Für ein anderes Zimmer sollten wir erstmal 20€ pro Nacht draufzahlen, womit wir nicht einverstanden waren. Nach einer langen Diskussion haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war etwas besser als das vorherige jedoch auch sehr schlecht. Schimmel im Badezimmer, dreckige Wände, dreckige Böden usw. Die Handtücher und Bettlaken waren allesamt mit irgendwelchen Flecken. Der Service war sehr schlecht. Die Dame an der Rezeption spricht weder Englisch noch Türkisch oder Deutsch. Das Zimmer wurde in 7 Tagen nicht einmal gesäubert. Für frische Handtücher und sogar Klopapier musste man jedesmal zum anderen Gebäude laufen und welche "anfragen". Als Einrichtung hatten wir ein SEHR unbequemes Bett, ne alte Couch, eine nichtfunktionelle Klimaanlage, und ein undichtes Bad. Die Türen sind 10 cm zu klein für den Rahmen, bei geschlossener Tür hatten wir unten einen Riesenspalt, wo ganz einfach Tiere oder sonstiges reinkommen können. Die Lage war in der Hinsicht schlecht, da es eine sehr unangenehme Ecke war und man Angst hatte spät Abends dort rumzulaufen. Leider gab es während des Aufenthaltes auch keine richtige Hilfe seitens des Trip.com Supports.

空調垃圾整晚響，房間有貓生活過那種異味，無拖鞋，最後找老闆給的，沙發舊的、墊子下垃圾未清理乾淨，房間門鎖壞的，外出不能保證物品安全，老闆説不會有人進去的。房間挺大，熱水很熱，Wi-Fi信號有時掉線。老闆説這價錢衹能住這樣的

When we entered, we realised it was not the same rooms as pictures and on booking confirmation, we had 2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa settee for 5 people but there was 2 double and 1 settee. Upon asking we were told this is it. Rooms were clean but toilets were unbearable stinky (probably tiles glue) and toilet was not fixed with the floor so it was shaky. One day for few hours there was no water and no warning was given in advance. Second room with no window, opened in a storage room which door couldnt be locked which was unsafe. View from first room window is old broken building with large commercial bin in front where they can come at 2 in the night to collect which is noisy. Staff was nice and polite and helpful. I beleive with a bit of effort this place can be a better place as this is in the hub.

Ah, the Brace Hotel! I had a fantastic stay there. The hotel is located in a convenient area of Istanbul, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. I would highly recommend the Brace Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

This hotel is a scam! My room was located in an underground basement filled with mold, no electricity, no air conditioning. The front door to my room was missing the door knob. The bed sheets seemed to be unwashed. I checked out the second I saw the room and they would offer me a refund.

Abdkhadir, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Our stay in the property alowed us to see the nearby historical places with ease.
