Stayed for a family party. Good clean room, v quiet despite being near a busy road. Decent amenities, including a very nice bath with lots of hot water. Bit stingy with the bath/shower wash but ok. The only disappointment was breakfast the next day. Server got 5 out of 6 breakfast orders wrong; fried eggs requested, but poached eggs served. We didn’t complain as everyone was fine with poached, plus it was very busy. The most disappointing was the self serve coffee machine; clearly there was a blockage between bean and dispenser. Several people pointed out there was no coffee in their coffee! A staff member did try to fix it but with no success. Instead of shutting it down it was left for other customers to use and discover the lack of coffee for themselves. A minor nit for me, not that it would have helped in this case, but there was no fresh decaf coffee. After a request, I got a couple of sachets of very unpleasant instant Nescafé. Decaf coffee shouldn’t be a special order these days, it’s available everywhere (except Premier Inn I guess). The company does what is says on the tin; if you want a place to sleep that’s clean, comfortable and quiet, great. Don’t expect anything beyond the basics, but the breakfast needs some improvement. At least make sure they serve a decent cup of coffee.

I've no issues with the Premier Inn directly. The staff were present and pleasant enough. The initial receptionist did confirm staff shortages within the adjoining restaurant. The Beefeater staff were clearly under pressure for our evening meal and I have to say, did admirably considering the issues. However, the issue came for the breakfast serving. We were not made aware of there not being any hot food on offer. I paid for the full breakfast (for two people), so now this service doesn't look so good at all. Given the issues surrounding Beefeater and the announcement of closure of multiple chains, which has clearly impacted staff, who have voted with their feet, Premier Inn needs to get a handle on this VERY quickly. I doubt I would stay here again given the information I was provided about the way in Beefeater management have handled this decision and their support (or lack thereof) to staff.

Staff were professional and friendly. Went the extra mile to assist us with early check-in. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Amazing room for the price. Very clean and spacious. Service was wonderful from Josh at the reception desk. Lunch and dinner at the Beefeater was very good with great service from Cameron. The breakfast the nest day was awful. Very poor quality produce. Apart from that an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

I have been staying at this hotel in Farnham for over 6 years every year for a trade show. Over the years it has become harder and harder to reach staff at the hotel. This year it was nigh on impossible. No response to several emails. Phone calls go unanswered no matter how long you let it ring. Finally DM'd instagram account and get a reply days later - only for my room location request to be completely ignored on arrival. I know it is a budget hotel, but this is pretty extreme.

I'm quite happy I chose this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I was even given some recommendations. The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive to our requests. I would definitely return and recommend others to stay as well.

Had the best sleep, clean room, and great service. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. I'm happy that everything was easy and it wasn't a hassle. The lady at the counter was very friendly, even though I asked too many questions as it was my first time in the area.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
