We had our Wedding here at Frimley Hall Hotel 6/9/24 After visiting at a wedding fair and chatting to Sian (Wedding coordinator) and Constantin ( Events Manager) We 100% knew that we would be in safe hands. Both Sian and Constantin are amazing at what they do, from the moment we meet them to the moment they left in the evening party they made us feel so looked after and calm. Nothing was too much trouble and both went above and beyond to make our day super special x In fact the whole team there are so good, the reception staff, the bar staff, waiters and waitresses, all the recommended suppliers that we had booked on the day for the draping and chair covers, the dj EVERONE there made our day amazing! The food!! The best fish cakes we’ve ever had and the portion size is incredible! Wine choices are great, endless water and tea and coffee. We would both highly recommend having your special day here because I’m a control freak and stress about things but believe me I let go and let the team do their thing and I didn’t have any stress at all!! The Osbourne bride suite was wonderful and the family breakfast in the morning was such a great touch. Not one whisper of complaints from any of our guests. I had an amazing deep tissue massage and Facial with a therapist called Ti. The spa over all is a lovely place, the relaxing room after the spa is really nice after a treatment. I felt comfortable immediately and the massage relaxed me a lot: I’ll be back for sure, thanks Kayleigh

Stayed one night Friday in August. Upgraded to a premium room as it was in the main house & had a garden view. Room was lovely-quite cosy & had everything we needed. But I could only find 1 plug & had to sit to do my hair on the bed. No great issue though. Beds a “luxury double” but I knew that when I booked it. It’s comfortable but one fatty & there’s not much room . However, most superior rooms nowadays have kingsize which is far more comfortable & the room had plenty of space for one if they did a re-gig of furniture. Beautiful heavy drapes . Lovely view of garden. Bathroom huge with nice toiletries. I didn’t realise it was a shower over bath & had a job to get in-my fault as I should have requested a shower. But again most superior rooms would have a walk in shower. Had food from the bar in the garden which was nice but pricey. As you would expect in a hotel like this. The external of the main hotel is quite something, as is the grand staircase. Had a lovely stay apart from being woken up by a strimmer which went on for a hour. I appreciate they had to get it tidy as they had a wedding. But I think they’d be better off doing it on an afternoon the day before instead of waking guests. A lovely venue for an outside wedding. Staff pleasant & courteous. Would stay again.

Did a spa day here and booked the couture experience (25 min facial + 25 min back massage) and it was lovely. Anne was amazing! She did such a nice job and made me feel very relaxed. We also opted for the spa lunch which was nice. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding on the Saturday. On first look room looked very nice. Discovered only one wardrobe door! Curtains were all ripped, divan on bottom of bed all frayed. Mattress sloped into middle, it was comfortable. On the Friday evening bar was busy but no bar staff there all the time! Ran out of Rose pinot wine which seems strange? Thought as there was a wedding tomorrow they would re stock but no ! Breakfast was lovely and the lady in charge was amazing, didn't get her name. Knowing there was a wedding would have thought there would be more then two members of staff on the bar. They eventually opened the bar near the ceremony room. The wedding was lovely and the meal was great. The wait to go into the evening party was ridiculous took nearly 2 hours?? Overall would return but the rooms considering was a Deluxe room was overpriced in the current state.
