Hotel rooms very absolutely shocking couldn’t even complain to the staff as reception wasn’t manned after 5pm absolute joke! Avoid!
Woke up covered in bites and itching all over, room was depressing, cracked windows, damp and mouldy carpets, bile can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down!

The evening meals and breakfast in the restaurant were very good. Even though the breakfast staff were busy and struggled to get meals out in a timely manner, they still removed the self service counter before all breakfasts were served by 10.00 am !! and did not notify guests. This was poor customer service.

The staff were exceptionally good, friendly, welcoming and professional.
The property is clean and well looked after, however while it is in reasonable condition it needs a large number of window frames replacing due to clear indications of rot which will not be solved with paint.
It is clear that some management processes are preventing the best operation.

Some problems with breakfast. Coffee was cold. Asked for fresh but that was cold as well. Scrambled egg had clearly been cooked some time previously - rubbery!
Apart from that, all OK.

The most drab and dreary room, in need of a complete make over.
The shower hose made it impossible to use without holding it. It either went straight to the wall or the curtain.
No remote control for the television.
Food for dinner quantity over quality.
