Overall a great hotel but some things a bit below expectations and disappointing for a new higher class hotel. Shower floor tile very dirty. Afternoon and evening bar service was fantastic. Breakfast service not so much. Food was great. Fargo has a homelessness problem. Mentally distressed man harassing people right outside the front door Sunday morning. Another sleeping on a sofa as we left for the parking garage.

Beautiful hotel room and great bar area! Housekeeping and staffing in general could use some management supervision for the caliber of the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a comfortable bed that provided a great nights sleep.

I booked a king bed room and got a 2 full bed room.
Staff did not care.
I checked out immediately and booked with another hotel

We booked a “junior suite” the “suite” is nothing more than a standard hotel room. Very disappointed. We expected a suite for the money we paid and did not get what we expected.

Great location. Beautiful corner room with wraparound curved windows. Front desk staff very nice, especially Iriel!

Such a great place! Amazing lobby area that is so updated and posh. Went in December and there was an ice skating rink next to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants nearby that is easy to walk to. Parking was also convenient in the back parking garage. Rooms were clean and updated! Will be back!
