The hotel is better than expected. But you can't check in early.

I had a quite frustrating experience because the system got overbooked. I arrived at the hotel very tired after many delays of the flights, and I have been assigned a different room (Economy) instead of that I booked (Studio room). On the second day, I supposed to be assigned a Studio room, but after I entered in the new room, all was messed up and it seemed to be under restoration. After this, I finally was assigned the correct room (Studio room).
Despite the facts that I received the compensation and the staff were very nice and professional, I am writing this comment in order to let the management team to be aware that the system needs to be revised and improved. I hope they will take an action immediately, just to prevent other people from having the same experience as I had.
I hope the management of the hotel will see this comment as a constructive one, and I will return to this hotel to check if they have implemented some changes on the system.

Very comfortable rooms and modern facilities. The breakfast was a typical Scandinavian spread with good options, although the scrambled eggs were a bit dry. The up button on the main floor for the elevator sometimes didn't activate and I had to push it a couple of times. The location is close to the highway, but is a bit far from the city center of Stockholm, however it is easily accessible by public transit bus.

A true dog friendly hotel! Wonderful staff everyone from reception to housekeeping. The hotels facilites as well as the surroundings were also very nice.Thank you, we including our senior dog, had a great stay!

Fantastic modern hotel with impressive public areas and services. They have an ultra modern gym and terrific sauna above the front desk. They have a play area near the front desk and a place to have breakfast and meals. The staff was very accommodating with Linus and Marijn offer personable and excellent service. Room is modern, but could use some artwork as it's very austere. Also the bathroom is one of those half glass affairs that the Europeans love, so the shower is going to spray all over the bathroom from the open back end. Also there was no soap dish which was frustrating and surprising. Nearby is a great Italian restaurant Nonno. Pro tip, if you're coming from the airport don't take a taxi as they'll charge you the full amount to go in a Stockholm and not to this hotel which is 10 minutes away. Take an Uber.

Supertrevligt hotell. Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och god frukost. Om en ska nämna något så var det tv på rummet som lyste med sin frånvaro, men annars väldigt nöjda.

Väldigt kallt på rummet. Fanns inte någon värme igång på rummet när vi kom. Fläckar på sängkläderna och fick till mig att ingen frukost ingick även faat det stod på bokningen.
