Beautiful, comfortable cottage "Olive Grove Sabina", 2 storeys. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Narrow motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Fara Sabina FL1 - to Roma" 10 km. A beautiful spot with maximum privacy and complete silence, day and night. Well equipped and everything is taken care off. One must is that you do need your own transport on site for shopping and going out. Walking is not an option. Having said that, i
