The service and staff were amazing nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast fantastic, and afternoon tea just delightful. The hotel was a joy to share time in and relax.
Room tip top for cleanliness
I would like to thank all staff for the most enjoyable weekend.

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a highlight. Pub Food is good. Burger especially juicy and tasty and much juicier and tastier than the wagyu burger in the Waterside restaurant. Will definitely stay again

It’s was the most amazing beautiful clean hotel and the staff are absolutely the best service 5 star politeness 10 star food and drinks 10 stars and more and I wish I could stay there again and again just the most beautiful hotel and staff

The description of the hotel was better than the actual facility. The hallways were dirty. we could hear the people talking in the room next to us at night. At the pub, one of the waiters spent more time laughing with his buddies than helping other customers. Nice staff in the restaurant. room was very tiny and the stairs the bathroom are a bit of a hazard.

Our stay at the Greenbank Hotel was just what we needed. Our room was cosy and warm, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous and within walking distance of the town.
We will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel, very convenient to Falmouth centre, the staff were all brilliant, food and drink was all first class, beautiful room with stunning views, we certainty will return, 10 out of 10.

We werre greeted at reception with a friendly member of staff. The room was amazing and clean, beautiful harbour view , food very tasty and well presented and all the staff were very attentive. Very relaxing day.
