Although the owners were friendly Anne very much suggested I take my child elsewhere to eat. I did not feel comfortable taking him into the lounge and in turn we ate out every night. We were upgraded which we appreciated & had no issue with the room. I did however contract Hot Tub folliculitis and have needed antibiotics. I tried to contact Anne directly via their website to inform them but it is no longer working. There is also no email contact. Hopefully they read this and empty and sterilise their hot tub asap before more people contract it. With so many fantastic places to stay on the mountain we definitely won’t be back.

Website menu wrong - beware fixed price $75 - 2 courses. We booked a table for 2 at 6pm on a Wed night. Website advertised ‘a la carte menu’ which is wrong. They have a fixed price menu 2/3 courses $75/125. Manager (lady) was quite rude when questioned politely if we could order just one meal. She said no its a set menu and we now have no alternative but to pay a $100 cancellation fee which I stupidly did. She said they were fully booked and we were the only people in there. SCAM. Be careful. Should not have to, but ask specific questions regarding exactly whats on menu when booking. Should have just walked out without paying a cent. Date of visit: Aug 2023

the amazingly friendly staff and owners who always had a smile and a positive outlook. The dinning was amazing . The room was sparkling clean. The Summit ridge alpine lodge was such a lovely place to return to after each of our adventures.

Room had a great view. TV wasn't so good because data had to be downloaded every 5-15 minutes interrupting viewing. Fine restaurant and good breakfast. Helpful staff. No microwave or knives and forks.
