Great hotel,great amenities, friendly, professional staff. Olga checked me in she was very knowledgeable and very helpful her smile changed my mood after a long day. I enjoyed the breakfast. Zoggy was so helpful I loved her hospitality..

If you're in the area and looking for the best place to stay, this is the place. The rooms are large, the hotel is almost always quiet and the beds comfortable! Could it get any better? YES, the service I've gotten rivals no other place I've stayed and since I spend 1 night a week (every week) in a hotel, I understand customer service! And if you think it couldn't get any better, introduce yourself to any of the friendly staff, you'll feel just like they are your best friend! Then there's Olga, a dream to deal with, always friendly, always smiling and just a wonderful person!!!! These place should teach a class on customer service, it's that good!

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Took the time to understand what I needed and went out of the way to make it happen. Very convenient location if you are traveling towards Tahoe. I’d definitely recommend them if you want a place to stay.

Marisol was very willing to hear me out and accommodate to my specific needs. Customer service was superb. It’s nice to know people still care for others. I was blessed by the staff just now and I’m pretty sure, you will too. Thank you very much for helping us out.

Each time I visit this beautiful hotel, I always have a great time. All the employees are superb especially Mirasol, Christine, Maleta and Olga. Breakfast is delicious and newly prepared. Very clean rooms and lobby. I will always keep on coming back here because of the awesome service.

Nice clean rooms, I love the hotel breakfast,It is so good with different menu options. Ms. Pam makes sure that I am ok restaurants are nearby. To Mairasol,Maleta,Christine,Olga,Claudia, thank you for your hospitality. I love it here👌💯

I rarely write reviews but Mirasol the manager here deserves it! She worked with us before we left home everyday for our move to Fairfield, CA for business, extensively. She responded quickly to every single E mail and question we had and was so supportive and helpful. She keeps this place sparkling clean and runs a tight ship! The mopped floors are spotless, all the areas are very clean, the hot breakfast is wonderful and the ladies that run it always have a smile on their faces. The breakfast area is spotless. The housekeepers are all amazing and Lana is so kind and helpful. They all are wonderful and work very hard to keep this place amazing! Thanks Mirasol for everything, you are Amazing! The front desk lady was so nice and her name is Mirasol. She explained to me about the hotel and places that I can easily go in Fairfield and Napa valley. Easy access to the hotel and room was so nice and for sure I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleague.

I have to say I rarely write reviews. I am a Dental X ray tech/RDA/ Naturopath and my husband is a Project Mgr/PMP/ Consultant for the Oil Refineries. We are both ordained Ministers as well. Mirasol, the Manager here is simply AMAZiNG. She runs a tight ship here and everything is Sparkling clean. Love Lana in housekeeping as well, so helpful and kind. The hot breakfast is awesome, and immaculate. Mirasol helped us w our out of town move long b4 we got here, a month in advance. She is simply amazing. This town feels safe and has everything we need away from home. Restaurants, gas, groceries etc. But back to Mirasol. She is the best Hotel Manager we ever have had. Love her! This feels like a small town like we like, even in Cali here! Thx Mirasol, you are the best!
