Only 1 elevator and it is a small and sour odor. It is unsafe - jerks at each flooř, door closes on you even when something is in its path. Handicap parking is at the door that is not accessible - it leads to a 3 floor flight of stairs. At the pathway by the pool to the door closest to the elevator there is no handicap parking. Ashtray is right next to te door. Hotel smells...sour
.shower has no soap dish, the drain is dirty and when start shower water is slow to drain so stand in 3 inches of dirty water with floties from drain. Brackets for body was, shampoo and conditioner hanging up in shower

Was terrible couldn't get a clean towels the whole 4 days stay..who at a hotel cant get clean towels staff dont speak english..not friendly dont greet guess at all.

Priced fair, staff super friendly, room was clean and nice. The room we were booked in had a problem and we were immediately moved to a different room. I would stay here again.

The room we booked was over sold.
So rather than a two bedroom suite, we had to split up and put one parent with one child in each room which had us running back and forth the whole trip.
Not enjoyable at all!

Service was excellent, friendly. Breakfast was great. Other than a miscommunication about pool being open (when it wasn't supposed to be), the only other comment i can make is there needs to be handicap parking at the entrance by the pools.

When traveling with kids, it is always easier and more affordable to book a stay with a kitchen. This was a nice stay for the price, with a great layout and comfortable beds. The linens were a bit thin and the kitchen was understocked and plates in cabinet and dishwasher were dirty. I washed everything before we used it, to be on the safe side. The staff were very pleasant and helpful! We didn't use the outside space but it has a nice pool and basketball court as well as additional amenities that all looked well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Grapevine.

From the moment we walked in, it was so warm and cozy and knew it would be great.
Such an adorable, comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean place to stay!! The staff is great. Free full hot breakfast is loaded with so many choices.
We absolutely love it. We have the 1 bedroom w/fireplace suite. It has everything you would need and full kitchen. Feels more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It’s is fabulous!! Feels like home. :)

The toilets would easy get plugged and staff was upset since we asked for help and told us they had no more plungers so we had to go to nearest store to buy one to fix the problem ourselves. When we asked for a mop or more towels to soak up the water they got mad

Hilton Brand was not represented in the overall service. We stayed at this hotel from 22-Dec through 25-Dec-2023.
- No room service was provided even after making a request for two days in a row to simply replace used towels with new ones and make beds. There was a big pile of used towels in our room by the time we checked out, but no one cared to take them.
- It appeared that the front desk clerk and the management team didn’t have any control over the cleaning staff. They kept on telling us that we have informed the cleaning staff of your request and assured us that our room will be serviced. But no such luck.
