The room was ok but the location was not so good. Right on a busy road. It was overpriced for what they offered. This should be an $89 motel, not $140.

This place was very nice for the price - comfortable, recently remodeled, clean, large mini-fridge. It is, however, located right in the middle of the dorm district, so there are a lot of rowdy college students around at night. The soundproofing is what you'd expect from a motel in this price range, so I recommend earplugs.

The hotel was convenient, however it is in very Poor condition. They had a lot of junk, broken furniture outside the hotel rooms and in the lobby when you walked in it was dirty, there was a shoe rack with shoes, totally unwelcoming. The area felt unsafe.

Room was nice and clean. However, due to our room location and property being located on a main street traffic noise can be heard at night time...but it also made it convenient to walk to restaurants.

This property is on a busy road, in a parking lot, near a good mexican restaurant, a bar, a MacDonalds, and a pizza place. You can walk easily to the wonderful downtown area, or the University. There was a fair amount of discarded construction material and other clutter on the balcony directly outside our door. Our other window looked out onto an air conditioner on a scruffy flat roof. The place is very clean and comfortable, run by nice, helpful people, but if you can afford it, you may want a place that's prettier.

It looks like the owner is remodeling and improving the property. Some of The furniture need replacing. The desk chair and small couch had were torn and old. The pillows are not quality but the bed was okay. Bathroom was quite nice. This was one of the most affordable motels we were able to find in Eugene.

This is an older hotel but has had some upgrades. Very clean and well kept. Great location. Easy to get to many places. Lots of brewpubs in the area.

No nightstand lamp in the room; only harsh bright overhead lights. Pillows were worn. Otherwise it served its purpose. Plenty of restaurant options with if walk distance.

Clean and quiet room. Our beds were comfortable. The location is great- less than a mile to U of O and Hayward Field and close to public transportation to Autzen Stadium. This is a no frills place but perfect for the price. It can be hard to find a place when there are events in town, but this worked out great for us with a last minute booking.
