We have stayed her a few times before, so this review is just disappointing to write. It has never been a "great" hotel, but the price has always been great. We called and spoke with a few different people before our stay. My husband and I were both given different prices for the stay, so they told us to book through ******* for the best rate. They said we can just pay the pet fee upon arrival. They told us they would just charge us a 1 night pet fee, even though we were staying 2 nights. Ok, great! We book the room, get to the hotel, remind the clerk that we were told we would only be charged $50 instead of $100 for the pet fee, he said that was fine. We get to the room and see he actually charged us $100 but we let it go at the time because we knew it was refundable. The stay was terrible overall. The hot tub was filthy, the walls were paper thin, the bathtub was dirty, the pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS (we had to request fresh ones and those didn't smell much better), and our "heater" in the room stopped working halfway through the 2nd night. We get home and see they've only refunded us $30 of the $100 pet fee. I called and spoke with Conner twice now. He is very kind. He has explained what the fee is, even though it's not what we were told. I am expecting a call from him later today to get the $70 refunded once his manager gets in. He also told me leave a review here and he'll refund full amount of stay.
