Arriving on opening day, we anticipated some initial hiccups, but to our delight, there were none. From the smooth airport pick-up to settling into our room, every step was seamless and sleek. The dining experience at Ikos Andalusia is nothing short of extraordinary. Each restaurant presents a diverse array of fantastic dishes. The warmth of the waiting staff, who greet you like long-lost friends, adds a special touch. Their attention to detail, like remembering the wine you enjoyed yesterday, makes you feel truly valued. Some standout dishes include Ouzo's lamb kleftico, prawn sagnaki, orange pie, and chicken in mustard sauce. At Fresco breakfast, the turkey sandwich, French toast, and emmental with turkey are not to be missed. And the egg white omelette at the beach club is simply amazing. The chiringuito is such a wonderful setting & the menu here is perfect. However, what truly sets Ikos Andalusia apart is its exceptional staff. In Olivia, Daria, along with Natalia and Manuel at the beach club, Angela and Alejo at the main bar, and Elizabeth at Provence, each contribute to making every moment special. If you have the opportunity to partake in wine tasting with Anastasia, it will undoubtedly be a highlight of your holiday. Her knowledge and professionalism are fabulous, and the wines she selects for you are perfect recommendations. Vasia, the spa manager, organized the most perfect treatments for us. The therapist she chose was outstanding, and I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Pilar is the nicest lady & goes above & beyond to make your stay special. A credit to Ikos.
