酒店整體還是可以的，每次來essen 都住在這裏，早餐沒有以前豐富，主要是冬天沒有暖氣衹有空調，不是很舒服。服務人員一些不會説德文，感覺酒店沒有以前好了。可以自己做飯

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in der Innenstadt.
Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und haben eine angenehme Grösse.
Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkplätze ausreichen vorhanden.
Alles in Gehdistanz zu erreichen.
Jederzeit wieder!

I have stayed here for the past three years while I work on a trade show. We always stay for 9 nights so quite a long stay. This year was the first time I was disappointed as I had no TV for my whole stay as they couldnt fix it. I had to ask for the shower gel and toilet paper to be replenished as was not left on one of the morning cleans.Just small points but make quite a bit of difference. That said the staff are always friendly and the rooms are bigger than most so it works for our stay. We will be back next February and hope I can get a corner room this time.

Neat hotel in the center of Essen. Unfortunately, very long waiting time at check-in. Room was good, but quite pricey for what you get. Breakfast okay.

This hotel is centrally located(railway station, supermarkets, shoppingcenter etc.). They have an extensive breakfast buffet. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and there is daily housekeeping.
