Verblijven regelmatig in dit hotel, het is prima locatie in het centrum van Essen
Dit keer een grote kamer (133) met een apart slaapgedeelte, maar helaas niet stofvrij.
Verder een terugkerend negatief punt blijft, dat niet alles tijdens het (ruime) ontbijt tijdig wordt aangevuld!

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet auch mal etwas weg vom typischen Zimmer. Mein Zimmer hatte separate WC und Dusche, sehr angenehm.
kleines Manco , ein vergessener Gegendstand 4 Stunden nach dem CA, war angeblich nicht im Zimmer auffindbar, was schade ist. So klein war er nicht.
Betten auch sehr bequem, alles in allem sehrvgutes Hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. Check in was quick, smooth and professional with a polite and friendly member of staff who showed us to our room personally. We stayed in one of the apartments which the hotel offers which was modern and spacious with a very luxurious feel about it. The beds were extremely comfy and the whole apartment was very well equipped. The hotel is extremely well positioned as it is conveniently close to the main train station and also very close to the central shopping area too. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer as this was the best hotel we stayed in during our Germany tour.

I arrived early and the staff were really helpful and allowed me to book in slightly early, then on checking out again very helpful staff allowed a slightly late check out. I can’t rate the hotel highly enough for location, price and cleanliness.

Nice staff, gym availability, just the plastic layer below the bed sheet on the mattress made the sleeping uncomfortable (sweating)
