Bad internet, no TV channels, no Netflix. It is annoying to ask the reception every time we want to watch Netflix. Bad services, odor extractor does not work and when we asked reception they said they were disabled. And the rooms are like a street hotel. It was the best hotel in Atacames, now it is no longer, everything is in decline. I'm probably not going back

service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the dining room staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, the pool was clean as was the complete complex. rooms are spacious and cleaning standards are high. For an Atacames stay I would recommend 100%.

The hotel charged us more by mistake. They were quick to acknowledge that and later told us we could use the extra amount in the restaurant or we would get that amount back when checking out. Day of check out comes and they didn’t want to give back the extra money paid. They kept saying that they were not allowed to do that, that it would take a long time to process it, etc. It took around 30-40 minutes of insisting that we were not leaving without it that they finally agreed to give us that extra amount. Hotel is expensive, rooms are very simple and not that nice, but it’s the best hotel in the area so that’s probably why they charge a lot more. For that price you can get rooms in Wyndham (Manta) or other 5 star hotels in other cities close to the beach

When I went I was very surprised by their service, but what caught my attention were their very nice and comfortable facilities everything, so when I return to Atacames I will definitely stay here again.

El hotel es hermoso!! Muy agradable. El personal súper amable. La piscina es un sueño. El desayuno delicioso!! Lastimosamente en la noche se escucha música a muy alto volumen tanto del hotel como de los bares de afuera.

Personal calificado y amable , me acomodaron antes del Check in lo cual valoró mucho , comida excelente en el desayuno y cena , sin ningún tipo de inconveniente , instalaciones de primera, siempre voy al Marquez

En general nos pareció un buen hotel, tiene una excelente vista al mar, la comida estaba regular, el trato del personal algunos fueron amables y otros no tanto, por último la habitación muy pequeña con respecto al costo, es decir relación precio/calidad hay q mejorar.

Pase familiar en condiciones general estuvo bien, si sería importante que el hotel pueda dar algún tipo de servicio directo por ejemplo deportes acuáticos (parapente, banana, etc) Estadía por dos temporada alta; se puede mejorar el menú de los desayunos en general estuvo bastante bien

Excelente servicio en todos los sentidos. He visitado el hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre es muy agradable la estadía. La amabilidad del personal es espectacular. Definitivamente el mejor hotel de Atacames.
