Burgaz Izer Hotel

I have been many hotels all around the world, including sometimes really cheap ones but this hotel was the worst experience. It is not cheap, the quality in general is below the average. Although it seems the biggest hotel in town; the administration of the hotel is quiet unprofessional. Plus, It is not clean, the service is really bad.

Awful hotel experience. I really wonder how this hotel got 4 stars. It is worst than a hostel. The hotel was smelly. The staff is very rude and unexperienced. Rooms were not clean. Breakfast was terribke. Never ever dare to stay at this place!

Terrible in all ways ! No hot water. No toilet-paper. No customer service. bathroom. A sudden 50% increase of price, effektive back in time. No swimmingpool, closed gym and a closed bar. No good reason to choose this one.

Awful hotel; the staff was arogant and impolite - i have never seen such behaviour especially in Turkey. We were not able to take normal shower during our stay as we didnt have hot water during the winter! It seems that it is normal for this hotel as the situation was the same as per other guests feedback. I do not have enough words to describe the food - something terrible - 2 days in a row the same nightmare. The stuff refused to bring us additional bread, even if we pay for it! The next thing - dirty bed equipment and blood stains on it. Broken tile in the bathroom was something really dangerous for the guests. Smoking lady at the reception is normal picture during the day, covid doesnt exist there, as nobody from the staff was wearing a mask!

Yastıkları güzel çarşaflar çok temiz halılar yıkanmış , , odada hazır su ve çay bulunması ve malzemelerin tam olması mükemmel , oda çok ferah ve üst zemine doğru baya geniş içinde at koştur resmen , dekorasyona bayıldım tablo işe uyumu ve dolapların bile kollarının desenli olması mükemmel söyleyecek bisey bulamadım illa bisey yaz Hasan dersen söyleyeceğim tek eksiklik şu olurdu ; girişte belirtttim saat 02:30 da mutlaka uyanmam lazım diye aranmadım uçağım filan olsaydı patlamıştım , yoğunluk vardı sanırım unutulmuş dicem ama rezervasyon kısmınds neden tek kişi çalışıyor cocuk ne yapsın zaten bir yoğunluk var , bide şu banyo giderlerindeki saç kılları mide bulandırıcı lütfen onlara bir çare düşünün . Şimdi resepsiyona inip gece yarısı güzel bir Kahvaltı söyleyip kendimi ödüllendirip yola çıkmayı düşünüyorum umarım Kahvaltı servisi başlamadı mutfak kapalı eleman yok muhabbeti olmaz onu da buradan yazıcam bakalım . Ama son zamanlarda gitmiş olduğum en iyi otellerden birisi diyebilirim. 5 veriyorum hakettin

4 yıldız değil -4 yıldız hakeden iğrenç bir işletme, saygı, hijyen , düzen hiçbir şey yok. Sakın kalmayın. Bunun yerine pansiyonda kalsanız daha iyi. Rezillik diz boyu, yüzsüz saygısız personel ile dışardan iyi görüntüsü ile tamamen kandırmaya dayalı

We have been to the hotel some.month ago and informed them at that time about the bad condition of the room. Now in 08.21 again we needed to go and or was the only available hotel in the area. And more worse In the room it smells like a toilet, infact the complete hotel smells. We even changed the room, but it didn't got better.

This hôtel has to close !!! Réception not friendly and helpful ! Maintenance of the room 0 Maintenance of the hotel 0 Cleaning 0 And I slept only 3 hours between the water discharge in the piping the doors from the neighbors without forgetting the noise from the road…

The hotel is located on the main road not in the city center. There is an open swimming pool. The employees are not professional, it is like family hotel but big area requires to much service. The service quality is low but there is not enough employees. The rooms are big enough and sleeping quality is good. The breakfast is satisfactory however the dinner is really low quality. I ordered a steak, it was dry and the service quality is really bad. Unfortunately there is no hygiene quality is not sufficient.
