I describe this experience as the lowest you can live in a hotel. The service in front of the desk is very bad, it is attended by a very young woman and a very young man, with a low tolerance for frustration, with little knowledge of hotel processes, with poor responses for customers, and they give themselves the right of mistreating visitors, they are rude to respond. I finally changed hotels, but unfortunately a friend booked at this same hotel and his experience was disastrous, the hotel sent him a service to pick him up at the airport and when they arrived at the hotel the taxi had to charge $125,000 Colombian pesos and he ended up paying $280,000 pesos, when he made the claim, this woman in front of the desk was really aggressive and rude to him, the only solution was that when he left they would supposedly take him to the airport for free, gentlemen, my friend had already paid for it and more money than what I was supposed to pay. I do not recommend this hotel, except the service provided by the people who work there.
