Quality Inn Cedar City - University Area

The room was not well kept. Bed spread was dirty, toilet seat was very loose, hard water stains in shower, cracks in the walls. The cleaning staff did change the bedding and fixed the toilet seat. Check in was easy and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not a bad place to stay for average accommodations.

Only after I finished the check-in process and asked for directions to the pool I was told that it was no longer in operation…even though it was advertised to have an indoor pool and spa, supported by beautiful pictures of such. The room was not cleaned property with several gummy bears on the carpet that I stepped onto. The fan in the bathroom was malfunctioning and so loud it sounded like a motorcycle in the bathroom and was not doing anything except being extremely noisy. Last but not least the evening after I checked out upon arriving home in California after an 8 hour drive I called the hotel to inform them that I left my drivers license at the front desk upon check-in the night before. I kindly asked for them to mail it to me and offered to pay for any applicable postage. The front desk lady rudely replied that she can not send it to me and I needed to come and pick it up in person. When I told her that I lived 8 hours away she simply said that she can’t help me. She claimed that she had called my cell phone and my room several times to let me know she had my drivers license - none of which is true. There is no missed call nor a voicemail on my list of recent calls, and during snow blizzard conditions my spouse and I never left the room - not even for one second. Nobody called the room. Regardless, she is refusing to mail my license and insists she cannot and so t help me. Her words verbatim…and very rudely. Now I need to wait to hopefully reach the manager tomorrow.

The beds were so soft. I loved them. Got some of the best sleep ever. The blankets were perfect. Not to hot and not to cold. Kept you at a comfortable temperature once you set the air or heater to your preference. Definitely looking forward to staying at the property again.

The TV system didn’t work and they didn’t even let us know until after we asked about it and they didn’t seem very concerned. We have stayed here numerous times, but this time seemed different. The breakfast didn’t have oatmeal or hot chocolate packets which is something that I have most mornings. Probably won’t stay here again.

Easy check in and parking. All amenities. Comfy bed. Spacious. Great location. Only negative was internet did not connect in the morning after a succesful eve. Folliwed all instructions Called the desk to check router. Did not receive any reply or connection. Went acriss the street tobcheck in with the day’s work.

This property is a mess. When we checked in I was given keys to a room that was already booked. So I opened the door to people already being there! The pool and spa were not available for use. We asked them to change our sheets and they ended up using the same dirty sheets. I would not recommend staying here.

It was easy to get to, but it's definitely cheap for a reason. The bedding was stained, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the shower looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

Property was clean but in need of some handyman help. Tub didn’t drain well and taps were very hard to manipulate. Nice shower!

Very unhappy that our room wasn’t cleaned proper. Our floors were so bad my kids feet where black on the bottom, bathtub didn’t drain, water wouldn’t get hot. We even found orange chicken between the wall and fridge. Also dissatisfied with them not posting that the pool and hot tub were out of service. Use to stay here a lot but definitely won’t be staying there again.
