Called and talked to Belle the day before to confirm they had a pool & spa for our daughter, they said yes. Asked if it was in service and they said yes. Showed up the next day and it was drained and being maintenanced. Front desk seemed confused why were were told that. Sounds like call center was NOT up to date with maintenance at the property. We checked out a day earlier and went to the4 best Western.

Had I known the pool was unavailable I'd have chosen another location. Paying full price for a place that doesn't have the amenities available that it claims to is very disappointing.

It is an older property but everything was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom vanity was nice and large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles for hot food plus an assortment of breads and cereal and yogurt. We would stay here again. The only downside was the front door/lobby felt like it was in the back because we had to drive around the building to find it.

Hotel staff was great, very friendly & efficient. Lobby was clean and festive. Plenty of convenient parking. The room overall was okay overall however our coffee pot had moldy coffee in it, & the white shower curtain had large dirty spots on it & was ripped at the top. Hot tub was nice but avoided the pool as it was very cold & was a green color. Sorry to say have no plans of coming back.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable stay. The staff were all kind and helpful, and while things are a little worn around the edges, it was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a great stay. Also, it's a good location for anyone needing fast food, coffee, restaurants, etc; super close to all and right off the freeway.

What I liked the most was how comfy the bed was. It was by far the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only gripe is the noise from other guests walking down the passageway and the footsteps from above your room, other than that the hotel was great and it's very affordable. I will be staying here again.
